Veritas Analytica identifies payments for FDA-unapproved drug products in public and commercial pharmacy claims. Our work rests on a verified registry of unapproved products, matched product by product against published claims data, and reported at the floor: only what the data supports, stated conservatively.
What we do
We reconcile pharmacy claims against FDA approval status to identify products that were reimbursed without marketing approval. The result is a documented, reproducible finding that a state, a plan sponsor, or a regulator can verify against the same public sources we used.
How we work
Public data first. Every finding we publish can be reproduced from CMS State Drug Utilization Data and FDA’s own approval records. Proprietary analysis extends the public findings; it never substitutes for them.
Floor framing. We report the number the data proves, not the number it suggests.
Independence. Veritas is not a law firm, a pharmacy benefit manager, or a manufacturer, and takes no position on drug policy. We identify what was paid for products that were not approved, and we document it.
